- You may only have one account and please do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.
- We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice.
- You must have a valid e-mail address and valid payment processor's address to register with our program.
- You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program.
- By joining here, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
- Do not submit false order. If we receive false order from any account we have to suspend that account.
- You have to submit your payment receiving id properly. If you submit wrong details in that case we do not responsible for anything.
- You have to deposit your money to our indian bank account only. Transfer process - i) Transfer from your internet banking account, ii) Deposit cash or check directly from any SBI bank, iii) Transfer from any atm using any debit or credit card if service available.
- After receiving your funds, we need approx 48 hours to process any order. Absolutely no extra charge applicable.
- We do not charge any bank fees or any currency exchange charge or any other fees. We normally do not charge anything from refilling amount. But everything depend on market situation and other lots of factors.
- Min USD 10 or INR 600 & Maximum USD 830 or INR 49800 Order Allowed per account at a time or per month. Please contact with us if you want to refill more.
- Extra charges (based on situation) - a) India govt value tax applicable in case of more than INR 49999 payment at a time or per month. Tax rate depend on government policy and situation. b) Bank charge applicable if bank deduct more than INR.50 from payment amount. c) Processing charge applicable in some situation. Situations depend on our billing department.
- All Payment processor might charge transaction fee from users side in some cases which will only be deducted from your side. That deduction not available within our record and we do not responsible for that deduction.
- Customers have to submit payment details with invoice number within 7 days after transfer payment. After 7 days we do not able to entertain that order.
- After refilling we do not responsible for anything.
- You have to maintain payment processor TOS always. We do not responsible or we do not able to solve your payment processor account related problems or issues.
- Processing time depend on holidays, fund availability and other lots of factors. We do not responsible in case of delay.
- We are not responsible to you for any indirect loss or for any economic loss or for any damages or for any delay or for any failure.
- We do not entertain full refund request. We only entertain partial refund request if you claim your payment within 7 days before our refilling. All refund amount depend on our billing department. After refilling we do not entertain any type of refund.
- You are not an employee of SKY DEVELOPMENT and you are not an independent contractor for SKY DEVELOPMENT. We simply create a middle-man connection from the payment processor to the consumer. You or SKY DEVELOPMENT has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
- We have the right to change our plans, terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice.
